Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
JIRA/Confluence experience
Google docs, sheets, slides helpful
Need someone who is very flexible and can fill in gaps where needed. Sometimes, it could be creating a vision statement or business case for the release. Other times, it may be updating spreadsheets. Need someone with varying skills and interests but willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the work gets done.

5yrs + Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment.
Scrum master certification highly desired
Minimum 8 years Work experience
Oracle or other ERP Deployment experience highly desired.
Minimum 6 years scrum master / Project Management experience with demonstration of progressive responsibility
A nice to have would be "Agile Training Certification"
5yrs + Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment.
