Qualifications

5+ years of fortune 500 experience working with SCOM 2012 and SQL (2008+ versions) in client facing roles
5+ years of SQL experience with ability to write and tune complex queries
Must be able to create custom monitor, rules and SCOM management packs.
Must have PowerShell scripting skill.
Proven track record in SCOM design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Proven database design and implementation experience
Strong query optimization, performance tuning and performance monitoring
Experience creating custom connectors with external tools to SQL DB's
Ability to design and create stored procedures, triggers, views and indexes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification and resolution
Ability to work with minimal amount of direction while being proactive in keeping management informed of project related issues
Any experience with SCOM 2016 is a plus.
